Tell me about your absolute favourite song and what it means to you.
Not "Omg I <3 ne thing by Fergi cos shes so hawt n makes me wanna dance n shit." NO!
A song that cuts you deep, digs right down into your very soul.
I'll give you mine as an example
I have two
"I Don't Love You" really speaks to me. I have this starnge thing where I feel unable to express any sort of affection towards a human. Of course it's so much easier over the internet
"Early Sunsets over Monroeville" makes me really emotional. During the final few lines I always start to cry because Gerards voice sounds so filled with pain and agony. I can't help but shout out the lyrics with him. "But does anyone notice? But does anyone care?" As a teenager you find yourself asking these questions a lot. I can honestly say that I've never found a song that's touched me so much
Now you have a go

...that's just my favourite. i have like 20 playlists, all with around a dozen songs, and each is different from the other. and each song gets to me deep and hard, positively, or negatively xD *airbands to Rollercoaster from Battletoads in Battlemaniacs...doesn't know who composed the song, so*
...no, i also listen to 'normal' music

'Thou hast the right to remain STUPID'
This song means a lot to me because it represents something I went through with someone.

I know what I'll do,
I'll turn him into a flee...
a harmless little flee..
then I'll put that flee in a box!
And! put that Box In Another Box!
THEN ILL SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER!!
My favorite songs are "When You Were Young" by the Killers and I guess "Amaranth" by Nightwish.

There are many songs that get to me emotionally. One song worth mentioning is "In This Life" by Collin Raye. It's just so sweet and lovely. From the second the music begins, I'm totally engrossed. I stop whatever I'm doing, and I listen intently. The melody is great, but the message is what gets to me the most. It's a message about how, oftentimes, the best thing in your life is right there in front of you; and how a person you love is more precious than gold.
Another song that touches me emotionally is "Hallelujah" by Rufus Wainwright. When I first heard that song, it pierced me right to the center. It's very beautiful, but very depressing at the same time. It's enough to make you want to cry.
Also, I am touched by the song "Close Your Eyes" by Westlife. That particular song especially gets to me, because that's one of the songs they played at my friend's funeral, when she died as a result of a freak accident.
Other songs that move me include "Angel" by Sarah McLachlan, "Without You" by Mariah Carey, "I Will Be Right Here Waiting For You" by Richard Marx, "The Winner Takes It All" by ABBA, "Bright Eyes" by Art Garfunkel, "Dance With My Father" by Luther Vandross, "Wind Beneath My Wings" by Bette Midler, "If We Hold On Together" by Diana Ross, "In Her Eyes" by Josh Groban, and "One Moment In Time" by Whitney Houston.

I believe in Jesus Christ, my Savior. If you do too, copy and paste this into your signature.
Treat others the way you want to be treated.
If we spent every minute of our lives thanking God for all that He has done, that still wouldn't be enough.
A little hard work never killed anybody.
And the song Riding out the heartache. My heartache is over now, thank god, but it was bad. the lyrics are stuk in my head, and the song is so powerful. Its a country song, and it should be, by the way its written.

When I laugh out loud, I dont think of it as a
'You had to be there' kind of thing, but more like a
'You have to be mentally retarded like me' kind of thing.
The lead singer couldn't speak for three weeks after recording that song
--
Filled with warm and gooey peace, love, happiness, and anarchy since 1987
Later on I found the song but I couldn't stand to listen to it because it would make me cry. But I can do it now, when I listen to it I just sit there and think about her. And how much I miss her.
